Conventionally HDPE or other plastic pond liners are used for lining of ponds. The HDPE ponds liners have a very short service life and they tend to crack under UV/sunlight and since the joints are wielded, they tend to break under water pressure. Their lifeis probably only 3-5 years after which they need to be replaced.

For the lining of the ponds, meant for water storage, waste, sludge, etc we recommend the use of EPDM pond liners, manufactured by us. EPDM pond liners are a high-quality waterproof liner manufactured form synthetic EPDM rubber. It has excellent resistance to UV exposure, ozone, temperatures variations, and oxidation which allows our EPDM pond liners to retain their mechanical properties for a very long time. The EPDM pond liners have a service life of beyond 30 years in exposed conditions.

The installation of the EPDM pond liners will generally involve only 3 steps:

1.     Excavate the ground and compact it to 95%.

2.     Lay a 250-300 gsm geotextile.

3.     Lay the EPDM pond liner, and fill/store water.
