We use the latest intermesh mixing and cold feed roller head technology. Thus our membranes and pond liners are compact and have a higher density compared to the ones manufactured using the calendering technology.

Thanks to our online vulcanizing mechanism, every square meter of our membrane is evenly cured. This not only ensures uniform and consistent performance throughout the area, but is also eco-friendly compared to using steam boilers for vulcanization.

Our membranes and pond liners are up to 18 meters wide with factory seam. This results in quick installation and fewer joints on site, and savings in terms of time and labor.

Our membranes and pond liners are chemical resistant and can be used in chemical and toxic service conditions

We intend to manufacture coloured EPDM membranes in the future.
